Manage transporters

You need at least one transporter before you can book a truck. Open Deliveries & Trucks and choose the Transporters tab.

#Add a transporter

1. Choose Add transporter.
2. Enter the Name, KRA PIN, Phone and number of Trucks.
3. Enter Insurance until and NTSA inspection until.
4. Tick Transit bond if they hold one.
5. Choose Save transporter.

#Why dates matter

• A transporter with expired insurance can’t be booked until it’s renewed.
• Only a transporter with a transit bond can take transit trips.

Choose Edit to update the dates when they renew.
